In 2006, Mayor Bill White dedicated January 13 as Judith Lahai Day in Houston. The day was dedicated to honor Judith for her work helping the immigrant communities in the Houston area.
Judith continues to work with the immigrant communities in Houston. Through our partnership with Good360, she has distributed shoes to families in need. She continues to advocate for women’s and children’s rights to help them find success. She works in the US and abroad to make sure children are educated.
